We rented three ebikes for two hours. We don’t usually haven't biked in years. It was the perfect amount of time. Super easy to use. It was so fun and a nice family activity. We had a lot of kids in our group, and were able to get a trailer to attach to an ebike, two baby seats, and 2 different sized kids bikes for our stronger riders. The kids had a blast, and I didn’t have to worry as we were far away from any cars- and I could easily see the kids when they were riding in front of us. We were able to make quick stops to walk down to the water. It was a safe ride too. Everyone seemed to be pleasant both in the store and on the trail. Great activity to tire the kids out after a long day on the beach!

We had so much fun on our mountain bike adventure!!! My partner and I rode the Flume Trail on Big Blue Bike Rentals It is a must do when in Tahoe. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!!!!

Renting two e-bikes from Big Blue Bike Rentals made our weekend getaway at the Hyatt. In this crazy hectic world, it was a complete luxury to park our car and bike around the north shore. Their customer service was outstanding, friendly, and full of recommendations! Andrew specifically attended to all of our needs! We fell in love the bikes so much, we are buying two of them! The Beyond Bike was comfortable, easy to operate, fast, and charged up the steep hills of Tahoe with no issues. We found out that Beyond USA is located in San Francisco, and we can't wait for our to be delivered!

We LOVED our bike rental through Big Blue at the Hyatt - Tahoe! We jammed up the mountains and all around the lake! We had the best time, and the electric bikes made our trip the perfect getaway. We loved our bikes so much, we bought two!
